Olympia Cast Iron Oval Sizzler & Wooden Stand - 240x140mm 9 1/2x5 1/2". This oval sizzler is comprised of three parts. The main 240mm dish made from an immensely strong cast iron which is non-stick when seasoned. The durable construction not only makes the dish incredibly long-lasting - it's also perfect for cooking directly in the sizzler. With its raised edges, juices or sauces are kept within the dish, whilst the recessed wooden stand helps keep the sizzlzer in place. To finish, the sizzler also includes a cast iron grabbing tool. This prevents the potential spillage caused by trying to move the searing-hot dish with a tea towel or oven glove.
